科簡介

 

本學科專業點是2003年新批準的博士學位授予點,是東南大學“電子科學與技術學科”的支柱專業之一。學術帶頭人時龍興教授系集成電路設計專家。本專業現有博士生導師5人:時龍興教授、孫偉鋒教授、王志功教授、李智群教授、陸生禮教授、吳建輝教授。

 

培養目標

 

掌握馬克思主義基本原理,堅持四項基本原則,熱愛祖國,遵紀守法,品行端正,具有為人民服務和為社會主義建設事業獻身的精神。

在集成電路設計、嵌入式系統、電路與系統等方面,具有堅實、寬廣的理論基礎和系統深入的專門知識。具有獨立開展科學研究和解決有關技術問題的能力。能勝任科學研究、科技開發等方面的工作。

至少熟練掌握一門外語。

培養年限

    培養年限一般為5年,最長可延至6年。


學分要求和課程設置(見附表)


學位論文

 

文獻閱讀(僅供參考,下同)

在論文選題及研究方向范圍內至少閱讀文獻50篇,其中外文文獻30篇,完成一篇綜述。

 

論文撰寫

除符合學校規定外,學位論文必須是一篇系統、完整的學術論文,要求概念清楚、立論正確、論述嚴謹、計算正確、數據可靠,且層次分明、文筆簡潔、流暢、圖標清晰。

 

論文學術水平

博士論文應有一定的深度和廣度,要求達到:具有明顯的創新性,部分研究內容應達到國際先進水平,并具有一定涵蓋面。學位論文的研究結果應有新發現、新見解,對本學科的學術發展具有一定的指導意義。圍繞論文開展科研工作的時間不少于2年。本學科申請博士學位前至少要發表研究論文3篇,其中一篇必需為SCI收錄源刊。

Brief Introductionof Discipline

This discipline study faculty is a PhD conferral unit newly obtained approval in 2003, whose program is one of the major programs of ‘Electronic Science and Technology Discipline’. With Integrated Circuits specialist, Professor Shi Longxing as its academic leader, the discipline was supported by five doctoral supervisors whom are Professor Shi Longxing, Professor Wang Zhigong, Professor Sun Weifeng,Professor Li Zhiqun, Professor Lu Shengli and Professor Wu Jianhui.

 

Training Objectives

Students will grasp the fundamental principles of Marxism, stick to the four cardinal principles, abide by the laws and regulations, love the motherland and behave upright. Meanwhile, the students will develop their spirit of serving the people and devoting to the construction of socialism.

Students will acquire solid and broad theoretical principle as well as systematical and in-depth professional knowledge in the field of integrated circuits design, embedded system, circuits and systems etc. Also the students will have the capability of doing scientific research independently and solving relevant technical problems. They will be competent for scientific research and technology development etc.

Students will be fluent in at least one kind of foreign languages.

The program usually lasts five years and might be extended to 6 years.

Dissertation

Literature Reading

Students are required to read at least 50 literatures on topics related to their dissertation and research direction including 30 literatures in foreign languages and to write a literature overview.

Dissertation Writing

In addition to compliance with the provisions of school, dissertation must be written in a systematic and complete manner, presenting clear concepts, correct argument, realistic description, concise writing structure, smooth and concise writing style, correct calculation, reliable data, and clear icons.

Dissertation Evaluation

The dissertation should have certain depth and breadth. The following requirements should be achieved: have obvious innovation, reach the international advanced level in some part of the content, and have certain coverage. The findings presented in the dissertation should show the recent discovery, the new opinion, and certain guiding sense to this discipline's academic development. Students are required to conduct at least 2 years research and to publish at least 3 papers in the area of their disciplines before being eligible for applying for a doctor's degree,among them, one paper must be in the journal indexed by SCI.

1. The minimum total-credit requirements of Master's curricula:40 credits for students of science and engineering; 42 credits for students of medical science. (The minimum credit requirement of Master’s degree courses is 10 credits and the minimum credit requirement of Doctoral degree courses is 4 credits.)  In addition, students should obtain 4 credits from compulsory courses.
